SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout.

All items (unless otherwise stated) are handmade to order and typically take 3-5 working days to be dispatched. Please note this includes orders placed with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Please note, some of our gold designs require 12 working days processing time - please check each items individual Shipping & Returns information.

 

ARE YOU IN A HURRY?

Please contact me if you require your order before a specific date, I can sometimes accommodate your request. Make sure you contact me PRIOR to placing an order so that shipping costs can be adjusted if necessary. If you contact me after an order has been placed, I will be unable to guarantee your order for the date you need it by.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES - UNITED KINGDOM

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY is included as standard with all orders unless you choose to upgrade at checkout. These orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class and will take 2-3* working days to arrive, please note the individual item dispatch times may vary.

 

Upgrade Options

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £3.50

This service aims to deliver parcels within 1-2* working days. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using Royal Mail's Track & Trace service.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED BY 1PM - £7.35

This service aims to deliver the next working day from the date of dispatch. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using Royal Mail's Track & Trace service.

SHIPPING CHARGES – OVERSEAS

ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED

The delivery estimate is 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to rest of world. International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided.

**Please note, you are responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes incurred**

 

Customs & Import Duties

Please note that you may have to pay your countries custom taxes for the jewellery you are receiving once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel; Kimberley Elizabeth is not responsible for paying any customs taxes on international orders. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be. Saying this, most packages go through without any charges, however, the chance that some charges may incur cannot be ruled out. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to get in touch with your local customs office for any further information. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return it, we offer full refunds (excluding postage upgrades) if you notify us within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn.

If you wish to return an item please notify us by emailing us at hello@kimberleyelizabeth.co.uk  prior to posting your item back to us. 

Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit. 

Items that cannot be returned:

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

​All claims on a fault must be done within 24hrs of receipt. No refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer.

We advise that you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered. 

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after returning the item. The time taken to receive your refund will depend on the payment method used (refunds issued through PayPal typically take longer, which is unfortunately outside of our control).

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kimberleyelizabeth.co.uk detailing your exchange request.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately and attach supporting images.

If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

Please contact us for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain proof of postage as evidence that the item was returned.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
